Lifestyle is the way a person lives. A person’s lifestyle is influenced by values, attitudes and living conditions. Lifestyle consists of interests, opinions and behavioral preferences. Our lifestyle directly affects our health, as well as the world around us.

The goal of the conference is to make the participants more aware of their lifestyle and its impact on themselves (including mental and physical health, personal development, economic situation) and on the world (both in the environmental, social and economic context) and thereby make more sustainable choices for themselves and the world.

Meelis Kitsing

Aino-Silvia Tali

The annual conference is moderated by Aino-Silvia Tali.

Aino-Silvia Tali is the manager, mentor and coach of Helmes Group’s learning and development department. Her goal is to live as healthy, happy and balanced a life as possible and to support others in this as well. She loves nature and hiking.

She has a master’s degree in business and technology management and is a management coach (Certified by the Academy of Executive Coaching). She recently finished training as a nutritionist at the Academy of Public Health. With many clients who come to her with management questions, they often end up with the basics: sleep, nutrition, exercise, good relationships and mental health.

Before Helmes, she worked in the successful Estonian startups Fortumo (today Boku) and Testlio, and he also founded the green seed Circup with his friends, with the mission to reduce single-use plastic. Today, she supports start-ups as a mentor.

EBS rector and professor Meelis Kitsing will speak at the annual conference.

Meelis Kitsing is the author of the book “The Political Economy of Digital Ecosystems”. During his 30-year career, he has worked in the private and public sectors, as well as in universities in Europe and the United States.

Meelis Kitsing is coming to the conference to talk about what lifestyle is and how what is happening in the world affects our lifestyle choices and how our lifestyle choices affect the world.

Robert Miller

Robert is one of the participants in the panel discussion on Friday.

Robert loves that his life is spiced up by so many different roles. He is the father of three sons, manages the family company Juustukuningad, writes and performs music under the artist name Robert Lõvi, produces visuals for brands in the company created with his wife Liisu Miller, and is responsible for the management of the future generation in the Estonian Family Entrepreneurs Association. The most important thing for him is to spend time with his two small children. They are his turnover, profit and a trip to a warm country. At the same time, it feels warm to see familiar faces from the days of IT College, Elion, Skype, Fortumo and Testlio developing industries and creating valuable content. Maybe one day he’ll be back on the old roads but in the meantime he’ll be happy about the sunrise every morning, and that’s enough for him.

Ellyt is one of the participants in the panel discussion on Friday. She is the CEO and creator of the Estonian brand MySnack. She has applied her expertise in nutrition, agriculture, and the food industry on a daily basis for more than a decade. Snacks rich in vitamins and nutrients are imported in cooperation with factories in Asia and Europe.

Her mission is to bring people healthy and clean snacks that contain all vitamins and nutrients, excluding unnecessary additives.

Being a worker in strawberry and raspberry fields in South Estonia, she also feels close to other farmers. In the past, she has also developed 115 products of the Gourmante brand in cooperation with Mediterranean farmers.

For more than 15 years, Ene has been engaged in interactive training, which has changed organizations, accelerated processes and inspired participants.

Ene herself says that she teaches people skills, because behind every achievement, agreement or solution there are people – be it production or sales, state management or agriculture People do things everywhere.
